Here’s a few highlights from my latest upper body workout..In this video I did the following:A1. Close-grip decline chest press 6 x 3 repsA2. 1-arm bent over DB row 6 x 3 repsB1. Straight arm lat pulldown 1 x 7 reps, 1 x 5 reps, 1 x 3 reps
B2. Rack Pull 1 x 7 reps, 1 x 5 reps, 1 x 3 reps
