Here’s your weekly dose of what’s going on in DMP Fitness World!

Farah is one of the top junior goalies for soccer in the state of Texas.

I train her once a week for 30 minutes.

For those reasons, we do total body routines in all planes of motion that include balance and plyometric exercises.

Here are a few highlights from a couple of exercises we worked on:

In this video, she did the following:
A1. Kneeling Alternating Arm Cable High Row 3 x 10-12 reps

A2. Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps 3 x 5-6 reps per leg
